“Creating a Student Growth Model for District Evaluations”

This IEA PERA training will focus on the creation of a student growth model for district evaluations.  We encourage UniServ Directors and teams of local leaders and administrators to attend.  Diana Zaleski, Rachel Clark, and two local administrators will present information and suggested ideas which may be used to guide locals as they create their student growth models.  Examples of PERA implementation plans will be presented so that teams may get ideas for their work.  The rest of the time will be devoted to team planning.
